Kris Hopkins - Director

Mr. Hopkins is an Assistant VP of the Gulf Coast Region for the Seafarers International Union; a VP of the Florida State AFL-CIO; A VP of the Broward County AFL-CIO and a VP of the Greater South Florida Trades Council. He also is a member of the Board of Directors Port Everglades Association. Mr. Hopkins is an Alumni of Seafarers Harry Lundeberg School 1984. He is married to Karen and they have two great kids; Kevin and Kylie.

John McKenzie - Director & Chairman

Mr. McKenzie works as Logistics Manager for OSG Ship Management, Inc., and is the creator of the Tug Valour Memorial Fund. He began his career in the Marine Transportation Industry over 40 years ago with Interstate Ocean Transport as a warehouseman. Over the years, he worked his way up through various positions to his current position. He has dedicated countless hours to develop the Tug Valour Memorial Fund and to preserve the memory of the vessel's crew. Mr. McKenzie devotes much of his time and energy to volunteer work with a number of organizations including MacDonald Training Center, The Hanna Home, Palm Island Conservancy and Englewood YMCA Toys for Tots.

David McCreadie - Director

Mr. McCreadie is an attorney board certified as both an admiralty and maritime lawyer and a civil trial lawyer. Mr. McCreadie is a shareholder in the Florida based law firm Lau, Lane, Pieper, Conley & McCreadie, P.A. and graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University and Tulane University School of Law.

Chad Colby - Director

As Senior Vice President, Chad Colby organizes the equipment financing activities for JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Southeastern, United States. Financing activities primarily consist of large ticket, tax and non-tax motivated structured financings for transportation related assets such as corporate aircraft, rail equipment and marine shipping vessels. Business segment coverage is provided for the Investment Banking division, Corporate Client Banking division, Core Commercial Banking division as well as the Government, Not-for-Profit and Healthcare division. JPMorgan Chase & Co. is a leading global financial services firm and one of the largest banking institutions in the United States with over $2.4 trillion in assets and operations in more than 60 countries.

Chad has served in various leadership and fundraising roles for the United Way, Rotary International, The Ronald McDonald House of Tampa Bay and the Moffitt Cancer Center. Presently, he is on the Board of Governors for the Florida State University College of Business. A lifelong Floridian, he is a 1988 graduate from The Florida State University with a B.S. in Finance. Chad is a member of the Tampa Bay Seminole Club, the National Seminole Boosters and an active member of the Krewe of the Knights of Sant’ Yago.
